Matthew B. Bryant is an Associate Attorney with Dixon & Hayes, Ltd. He practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, Lemon Law, Consumer Law, Creditor/Debtor Law, Employment Law and Small Business Development. Matthew has been licensed to practice law since 2010 throughout Ohio, and is admitted to practice in both the Northern and Southern District Courts in Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, Lucas County Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio Bar Association.

Matthew graduated from Ottawa Hills High School in 1999 and attended the University of Toledo for his undergraduate and graduate work. Matthew attended the University of Toledo College of Law and graduated in 2009. In law school, while also a clerk at a prestigious Toledo firm, he worked in the Legal Clinic at the University of Toledo College of Law.

Matthew is currently a frequent participant in Ask the Attorney, a program sponsored by the Toledo Bar Association and Channel 11, the local CBS affiliate. He is on the Leadership Committee of his BNI chapter and is the Secretary of the Young Lawyers' Committee through the Toledo Bar Association. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Committee through the Toledo Bar Association as well. Recently, Matthew was featured in an article published by the Ohio Bar Association's Ohio Lawyer, which discussed Legal Legacies in Ohio.
