Craig Witherell has been an attorney with Dixon & Hayes since 2011. He practices in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate, Small Business, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law.

Craig grew up in Toledo and attended St. John’s Jesuit High School. He received his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University before returning to Toledo. While in law school, Craig worked at the Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office, as an intern at the Ohio Senate, and served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.

Craig is actively involved with alumni groups from St. John’s Jesuit High School and the Ohio State University. He also serves on both the Young Lawyers Committee and Domestic Relations Committee for the Toledo Bar Association and has been published in the Toledo Bar Association’s publication, TBA News, for an article on Divorce Law.
