Jill Hayes

Jill Hayes has focused her practice in the area of Family Law since 1990. She is experienced in the areas of divorce, dissolution, custody and paternity matters. Jill also handles real estate closings, private, agency, and step-parent adoptions, as well as surrogacy cases. She is also Of Counsel for the National Fertility Law Center.

Jill serves as secretary on the Executive Committee of the University of Toledo College of Law Alumni Board. She is chairman of the Citizens Review Board of the Lucas County Juvenile Court. Jill is a past president of the Lucas County Bar Association and is a member of the Toledo Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee. Jill has been a presenter in the areas of adoption and divorce for continuing legal education seminars.

Jill received her bachelor of Social Work from Ohio State University in 1981 and is a 1990 graduate of the University of Toledo, College of Law.
