Beverly J. Cox

Licensed to practice in Ohio and Michigan, Beverly Cox focuses her practice on matters that are important to you and your family. Her areas of concentration include surrogacy, divorce, dissolution, custody, parentage, real estate closings and criminal and traffic matters. She is Of Counsel for the National Fertility Law Center. Beverly also handles business litigation and personal injury cases.

Beverly is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter and will assume the duties as President of the Lucas County Bar Association in January, 2009.

Beverly received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University in 1987, and her law degree from The University of Toledo, College of Law in 1990. She served as a pre-hearing attorney with the Michigan Court of Appeals in Detroit, Michigan from 1990 to 1991, and has been a trial attorney since entering private practice in 1991.
